How Verification Works on FindMyXI
We want every player to know exactly what they're signing up for. Here's how our verification system keeps the FindMyXI community safe, transparent, and up to date.
Clubs
Every club on FindMyXI falls into one of two categories:
Verified Clubs
Official FindMyXI Partners
- These clubs have signed up directly through FindMyXI and manage their own listings.
- You can apply, register, and communicate with verified clubs entirely through our platform.
- Their information — tryouts, camps, coaching roles — is kept current by the club's own staff.
- Look for the Verifiedbadge on a club's profile.
Unverified Clubs
AI-Tracked from Public Sources
- These clubs are added to our system automatically and updated live from their own websites using AI.
- Our AI scans their public pages to keep you up to date on tryouts, news, and opportunities.
- You cannot sign up for these opportunities through FindMyXI.
- You must contact the club directly using the link we provide on their profile.
Pickup Games
Pickup games on FindMyXI are community-driven. Here's what you need to know before you join one.

The advertised level may not reflect the actual standard of play.
Equipment
Balls, bibs, and goals may or may not be provided.
Time & Date
Schedules can change without notice.
Field Location
The exact pitch may differ from what's listed.
Important — Please Read
- Always RSVP to join pickup games — even if they are free. Do not just show up.
- We rely on our community to verify games after playing. Your feedback keeps the platform honest.
- Our system automatically deletes any games flagged as spam or fake.
Post-Game Verification System
After every pickup game, our community verifies what actually happened — so future players know what to expect.
Player Verification
After each game, players who attended are asked to:
- Verify that the game was as advertised — location, time, and skill level.
- Rate the game out of 5 stars based on their experience.
- Report the game as spam or fake if it didn't take place at all.
Games with multiple spam reports are automatically removed by our system.
Host Rating System
Hosts build a reputation based on the games they run:
- Each host receives a rating from players after every game they host.
- Their overall host rating is visible on every game they list.
- Hosts with consistently high ratings and verifications earn a trusted host badge.
A host's rating updates live after each game is verified by attendees.
Verification Terms & Conditions
1. Verified Club Status. Verified clubs have registered directly with FindMyXI and maintain their own listings. FindMyXI is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by verified clubs, though we strive to ensure quality through ongoing partnerships.
2. Unverified Club Listings. Unverified club information is gathered and updated automatically using AI from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-sourced content. Always verify details on the club's official website before taking any action.
3. No Registration for Unverified Clubs. FindMyXI does not facilitate applications, payments, or registrations for unverified clubs. You must contact these clubs directly using the external link provided on their profile.
4. Pickup Game Safety. Pickup games are community-organised events. FindMyXI does not organise, host, or guarantee any pickup game. Always RSVP before attending, and exercise caution when meeting new people. Do not attend alone if you are under 18.
5. Post-Game Verification. Players who attend a pickup game are encouraged to verify and rate the game honestly. Deliberately false verification or rating manipulation may result in account suspension.
6. Spam & Fraud Prevention. Pickup games that receive multiple spam reports from different users are automatically removed from the platform. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently banned.
7. Host Ratings. Host ratings are calculated from player feedback and are displayed publicly. Hosts with consistently low ratings or repeated spam reports may be removed from the platform.
8. Reporting. If you encounter a fraudulent listing, unsafe situation, or inappropriate behaviour, please report it immediately. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
9. Changes to This Policy. FindMyXI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
