We offer verification badges for clubs and coaches who confirm their identity. Look for the verified badge as a sign of a trusted account, and learn more on our How Verification Works page.

When attending trials, pickup games, or coaching sessions arranged through FindMyXI: meet in public, well-lit venues; inform someone you trust of your plans; verify the organiser's identity; and never send money or personal documents to unverified accounts.

If you encounter suspicious behaviour, inappropriate content, or fraudulent listings, please report them through the platform or our Contact page. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

Threats, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, and fraudulent opportunities are strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating these standards may be suspended or removed.

For users under 16, we encourage a parent or guardian to be involved in all interactions and meetings. Clubs and coaches working with minors must hold appropriate background checks as required by law.

While we work to keep the platform safe, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety. Use judgement, verify identities, and report anything that feels wrong.
