By creating an account or using FindMyXI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 16 should do so with parental consent.

You agree not to: post false or misleading information; impersonate another person; harass or threaten other users; post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to disrupt the platform; or use FindMyXI for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, photos, CVs). By posting, you grant FindMyXI a licence to display that content on the platform in connection with your profile and opportunities.

Clubs and coaches posting opportunities are responsible for the accuracy of listings and for their own recruitment processes.

FindMyXI facilitates connections between players, coaches, and clubs but does not guarantee trials, placements, or employment. All arrangements are made directly between the parties involved.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are displayed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community. You may delete your account at any time.

FindMyXI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
